Fellowship Summer Flash!

With graduations, end of school and all of the Spring activities behind us, we have the wonderful summer - filled with church family fun, to anticipate. We begin with the ever popular and yummy Corn Boil on Sunday June 8th at 5:00 pm. Bring your “bib” and appetite for fresh corn-on-the-cob, barbeque ribs and all the fixins!!

Sunday, August 10th we will work with the Outreach Committee to invite all of the church family to come and bring folks “without a church home” to an old-fashioned church picnic. We will have fried chicken, potato salad, biscuits and all the trimmins - so start to think of some friends to “Reach Out To, with the love of Jesus”.

Rally Day will be in the beginning of September and marks the beginning of the Fall Christian Education. It is always a fabulous, fun-filled day. Fellowship will host our traditional potluck luncheon, and it will be followed by lots of fun and games.

Mark your calendar for all of these great events. Please us them to get to know new members of your church family, as well as increasing your joy in communion with fellow Christians and our Lord, Jesus. In His Love. . .Kay Hietpas

Ruth Circle will meet at 11:30 am at the home of San Barnhart on June 10th. Please bring a dish to share and an 18oz. jar of peanut butter for the Sharing Center. We will resume our meetings on Tuesday, September 9th at 10:00 am in the Activities Room. We will study the first lesson in our study “Jubilee” - Luke’s Gospel for the Poor.

Game Night - we all have such “fellowship, food and fun” that we will continue to meet during the summer months. Watch the bulletin for any changes - See you at 6:00 pm on June 26th, July 31st, and August 28th!
Breakfast - Come, join us at 8:30 am on Saturday, June 14th at the “Barking Gecko” on Merritt Island. We do have a great time at this breakfast - the conversation is great!!

With Heartfelt Thanks. . .
It has been my great pleasure to cook the meals for Tremendous Tuesdays. It is amazing how seven years can fly by. Of course, this has not been a solo effort, by any means. The entire Fellowship Team has been whole-heartedly involved every week. None of these meals would have been produced without their help and hard work. Many thanks to Shilah Felder, Mina Godden, Nancy & Dale Holt, Mary Jane Page, Lynn Pemberton and Norm White. You all are the BEST!! (The Calvary!)
